Segway on Q attains Silver Award from Qualmark! Owner/operator Kevin Hey is chuffed to receive this recognition as a quality tourism business.

What is Qualmark

Qualmark provides evidence that a business has been independently validated as a quality tourism business. It provides instant recognition for customers that a business will deliver a quality experience.

Is this Segway on Q’s first award?

Segway on Q has attained the Bronze standard for several year now. Even the Bronze standard identifies a business with a high level of professionalism, an awareness of the impact it has on the environment and a customer centric approach. It is however, the first time to attain the Silver Award.

What does Silver mean?

Segway on Q attains Silver Award from Qualmark!

Attaining the Silver Sustainable Tourism Business Award is evidence of a sophisticated tourism business that consistently exceeds visitor expectations. Proactive leadership and management ensure that a culture of high performance is evident throughout the entire business. The business will have a real focus on continuously improving their economic, social and environmental performance to ensure the tourism product they deliver is a genuine, constantly improving sustainable experience.

What does this mean to me?

If you haven’t been a Segway on Q customer yet then you can book with confidence. To see that Segway on Q attains Silver Award, you know that you’re dealing with a quality business. Of course if you’re one of our many returning customers (who created over 20% of our bookings last year!) then you’ll know this already.

Still not sure?

Check out all our glowing reviews. As I write this, you’ll have to go back years and dozens of reviews on any of the main sites to find a review lower than 5 stars. Trip Advisor, Google and facebook all have us sitting at 4.9 – 5 star rating. And what’s more, it’s not just quality professional service, it’s fun, fun, fun!
