Right from the beginning back in 2006 it was easy to see how much customers were loving their Queenstown Segway experiences. I could see it in their faces, hear it in their enthusiastic voices, see it with the volume of repeat customers we got and read it in their reviews.
Acknowledgement hard to receive at times.
I frequently see lists of top things to do with the Segways omitted despite having better reviews. Last year newzealand.com, NZ govt’s tourism website, featured a list of “Top 10 things to do in the Queenstown”. This page had links to 21 different businesses/attractions and about another further 20 mentions of other businesses/attractions. Not one mention of Segway on Q however. I actually looked up all 9 businesses with links in the top 5 and none of them had a 5 star google rating like we do. I just checked again now and nothing has changed except that after a bit of lobbying we now feature as a bonus activity on the top 10 page of newzealand.com. Thanks!

10 activities were listed including all the ones Queenstown is famous for but still no Segways. Knowing that our ratings were higher than the companies listed I tried again;

Ratings were given showing the 4.5-5 star ratings.
